Thursday weather looks damp and stormy. It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms. Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.

PHILADELPHIA -
A person struck by an Amtrak train Tuesday morning in Northeast Philadelphia has died, police say.
SkyFOX was over the scene at Rhawn Street and State Road a short time after the incident, which occurred shortly before 6:30 a.m.
Amtrak says the person was trespassing on the tracks and was struck by a Northeast Regional train running from Washington to New York City.
Trains are moving through the area, but expect delays. There was an immediate delay of 20 minutes reported shortly after the incident, including on SEPTA's Trenton line.
