Several business owners in this shopping center say they saw everything inside being taken out late Saturday night.

Over the past day or so, there have been dozens of customers coming to tan, some of which bought monthly packages as recent as Friday, all wondering where their money is.

Customers like Noel Bumm had no idea that Endless Tanning in Holland was closing. So you can imagine her surprise when she found the place locked, and the tanning beds gone.

The inside of the salon looks like it was ransacked, panels and tanning beds ripped from the walls, beer bottles on the ground, and customer information thrown everywhere.

We tried tracking down the owner, Diane Fisher, at her home, only to have her show up at the salon hours later. She claims the building owner and one of her employees were plotting to evict her, so she had to act fast and shut her doors.

But we spoke with customers who bought pricey monthly passes to the salon, who say they never received notice.   While we were there, Fisher wrote a note to her customers telling them she would soon post a phone number they can call about getting refunded.

The salon owner tells us that everyone who bought monthly packages in the past three weeks will get their money back, so we'll continue to follow this story to make sure she makes good on her word.
