Posted: Updated:

We've been showing you this video of a violent arrest in Philadelphia all week. Today, several of these police are back on the streets!

Two days after this video surfaced of a violent arrest by four Philadelphia police officers, commissioner Charles Ramsey has decided the first three responding officers on the scene that night should be restored to street duty.

The commissioner had placed the three officers and a fourth seen hitting the suspect with a police baton known as the asp on desk duty pending an internal affairs probe. .

Attorney Joseph Marrone represents the suspect, 18 year old Marcus Warryton, who now stands charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and resisting arrest. Warryton remains behind bars on $150,000 bail.

Marrone also tells Fox 29 he will file a lawsuit over the violent arrest of his client.

Warryton's attorney will try to have his bail reduced at a hearing on Wednesday.
