The president will make an appearance in Philadelphia today.
President Barack Obama is attending a fundraising reception for his re-election campaign later tonight at the Franklin Institute.
Air Force One is scheduled to land just after 5 p.m. The president's motorcade will then need to get from the airport to Center City, meaning likely delays along Interstates 95 and 76 during the height of rush hour.
Obama is scheduled to deliver a speech just before 8 p.m. Tickets are required, but FOX 29 will be there and we will recap what he says on our news at 10 p.m.
After the event at the Franklin Institute, the president will then head back to the airport to leave town just after 10 p.m.

Today's weather? Cloudy, muggy, and eventually, stormy. If you get a strong to severe storm, it would probably be lat afternoon and evening. Highs in the upper 70s. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
