PHILADELPHIA -

Authorities say a man who robbed a Citizens Bank today in North Philadelphia is suspected of doing the same at another branch last week.

Philadelphia police and the FBI are seeking the public's help to identify and locate the man seen on security cameras during the latest robbery, which occurred at the Citizens Bank located at 3711 Germantown Avenue.

The FBI says he's the same man believed responsible for Thursday's robbery of the branch at 6324 Stenton Avenue.

Authorities said the man presented a threatening demand note to teller, obtained an undisclosed amount of cash and ran away. He was described as a black male in his mid-20s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, dark complexion, a mustache and goatee. He was wearing a blue New York Yankees baseball cap and a gray T-shirt.

Police said the man is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is asked to call the Philadelphia Police Department or the FBI at 215-418-4000. There may be a reward for information leading to the robber's capture, and tipsters can remain anonymous.
