SELLERSVILLE, Pa. -

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is now investigating Saturday's shooting of a 26-year-old man during a confrontation with Perkasie police.

Michael Marino was shot to death by an officer after he started acting strangely, cursing out neighbors and struggling violently with police.

Friends and family claim Marino was unarmed and handcuffed at the time.   The district attorney won't comment further.

Neighbors who saw Marino say they knew something was wrong.

The three officers involved in the arrest are on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

The D.A. will rule on whether the use of deadly force was justified.

FOX 29's Dave Schratwieser was live Tuesday night in Sellersville with more details on the case.
