Jim Thome needs just one home run to join an elite list. He currently has 99 home runs in a Phillies uniform, and needs one more to become the third player in baseball history to hit 100 in three different uniforms.

Thome hit with 337 with the Indians and 134 with the White Sox.  The only other players to hit 100 home runs for 3 different teams are Darrell Evans, Reggie Jackson and Alex Rodriguez.

The Phillies are in Toronto this afternoon.
