WEST READING, Pa. -

A family is mourning the loss of a 34-year-old Reading man who was gunned down while sitting in his car, and officials are now offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to his killer's arrest.

Julio Torres was found shot in the head in his car in the early-morning hours of March 24th in the parking lot of the West Reading Diner, according to police. He was alive, but died a week later from his injuries.

Police said a dispute had started between the alleged shooter and Torres on the steps of the diner, which had about 50 people inside.

Police have arrested 22-year-old Jomaine Sherelle Case in connection with the murder, but they don't think he was the person who shot Torres.

Police have been circulating surveillance video of the shooting scene in hopes of identifying the shooter. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Alert Berks County at 877-373-9913
