Police in Berks County have made an arrest in connection with a fatal hit and run crash in Reading Thursday night.
Justin Taylor, 18, is now in police custody.
Reading police say 3-year-old Ja-Lexy Bobet was hit by a truck. The driver continued on and fled the scene. Several people gave chase, but did not catch up to the truck.
The little girl was transported to Reading Hospital and died a short time later.
