Toddler Caught In The Crossfire In North Philadelphia

A toddler caught in cross fire, grazed by a bullet. Police say a man walked up here on the 2000 block of Ridley Street around 7:30pm and opened fire in the direction of one particular house.

A 3 year old was hit, grazed on the right hand playing on the porch.

 

Police say a gunman walked up on the 2000 block of Ridley street in North Philadelphia and fired at least 10 shots at house where the child was sitting in plain sight. They believe the girl's father is one of 3 intended targets.

 

The intended targets including the girl's dad are at NW Detectives talking to police. The toddler is in stable condition.

 

The shooter was last seen wearing brown shirt and green cargo pants running north on 20th Street.
