Delaware State Police are investigating a suspicious death after a woman found dead Monday morning in Dewey Beach.
The woman was discovered by a room cleaner at the Atlantic Oceanside Motel just before 11am. Details on the identification of the woman or the manner of death have not been released by authorities.
The incident was initially reported to the Dewey Beach Police Department, who then turned the investigation over to State Police.
State Police have also released surveillance photos of a man who is being identified as a person of interest in the case. If you have any info on the case or recognize the man, you are asked to call Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333.
