Montgomery County authorities are on the hunt for Luckenson Desrivieres, wanted in a double murder in Norristown.
The incident took place on Sunday, June 17th when Norristown Police responded to a "911" call where two people were found murdered inside a residence on Arch Street. Both victims, Marc Winchell Estiverne and Shamara Hill, were stabbed to death.
Desrivieres is believed to be in the Newark, New Jersey area after reportedly purchasing a bus ticket to Newark from Norristown on Sunday after a witness said to have provided him money for the ticket. Desrivieres also has family ties to Irvington, New Jersey as well.
A $1000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of Luckenson Desrivieres. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.
