A 93-year-old Scottsdale man has been arrested for DUI.
According to police, Julius Elmer Grosso drove drunk after drinking scotch at Scottsdale sports bar Saturday night.
A Zipp's receipt shows he had six shots in two hours.
An employee tried to convince Grosso to take a cab, and when he had trouble pulling out of his parking space, that employee called police.
An officer responded and contacted Grosso. According to the police report, Grosso's eyes were watery and his speech was slurred.
A records check shows Grosso's license had been revoked for a prior DUI.
Grosso was allegedly uncooperative and refused to exit his vehicle. Two officers apparently had to pull him out of the vehicle and put him into handcuffs.
Grosso was booked into jail on charges of aggravated DUI, failure to obey an officer and resisting an order to control a motor vehicle.
