A boil water order in Camden, NJ has been lifted.
Officials say they have fixed the problem causing lower water pressure, which was a broken water main. They say illegal use of fire hydrants was also a cause. During this week's hot weather, many residents opened up fire hydrants to cool off. Police remind Camden residents doing this is both dangerous and against the law.
Residents are urged to let their water run for about five minutes before they use it in order to flush out the system.
Wednesday will be less humid but it remains warm all week long.
