
Jose Garces Carbonated Drink recipes:
1. The first three they are serving (they will change seasonally) are:
Americano
Campari
Sweet Vermouth
Orange Oil
Mix is left to sit overnight to incorporate the oil from the orange peel before carbonation
Glass garnished with Orange Peel
2. Pepino Fresco (this is adapted from a drink that Chef Garces made on one of his Iron Chef American challenges)
Jose Cuervo Gold
St Germain Elderflower
Celery Juice (celery pureed with water, strained through cheese cloth)
Cucumber Juice (peeled cucumber, pureed with water, strained through cheese cloth)
Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
Water (Philadelphia's Finest)
Garnished with thin sliced wheels of cucumber lining the glass
3. Avenue 1111
Tangueray
Lime Cordial (lime zest, sugar, and lime juice vacuum sealed, sat for 2 days then strained)
Ginger Beer
4-5 Mint Leaves
Garnished with Mint
