U.S. Marshall's arrested the man wanted for a murder in Philadelphia's Northern Liberties neighborhood in Houston Texas.
Steven Miller stands accused of gunning down Maurice Kimbel on June 11th outside "PYT", a popular bar and restaurant at the Piazza at Schmidt's. Today would have been Kimbel's 25th birthday.
Police say the shooting stemmed from an argument between two groups of people sitting at adjacent tables on the patio outside the restaurant.
Miller faces murder and other related charges. He's currently in a jail cell in Harris County Texas, awaiting extradition back to Philadelphia.
