Police are still trying to figure out who shot and killed a man who was found on South Street early Sunday morning.

Police found him at Fourth and South streets around 3:30 a.m. Sunday morning. He died later at the hospital.

Now, cops are trying to figure out if the victim was shot somewhere else then dumped.
