It is official! We are now in our 4th Heat Wave. Highs this afternoon have been in the mid to upper 90s.
The National Weather Service has issued an Excessive Heat Warning through Thursday morning. Highs in the upper nineties and feel like the triple-digits!
The heat will break late Wednesday with a cold front set to bring strong to severe storms our way.

Jasmine Moore should be getting ready to celebrate her 15th birthday Sunday. Instead she and several relatives are nursing burn wounds they suffered after fire ripped through their Cobbs Creek home.
A critically injured child along with her relatives are recovering at CHOP after an early morning fire. They say if not for a quick thinking family member things could have been a lot worse.
