First Lady Michelle Obama came to Philadelphia today to urge young people to get moving.
The first lady was in town to push the "Let's Move" campaign that aims to fight childhood obesity. Mrs. Obama wants young people to get out and get some exercise in addition to watching what they eat.
She praised the efforts of Mayor Michael Nutter's administration for installing bike lanes, and getting corner stores to sell healthier products. She also hugged kids and posed for pictures with a number of people who came out to see her in Hunting Park.
Mayors from more than a dozen other cities were also on hand to speak in support of the "Let's Move" program.
