PHILADELPHIA -

FOX 29 got results for a West Philadelphia neighborhood with a dangerous eyesore.

The water department calls them "inlets," but this one was clearly destroyed, just gaping open at Wanamaker and Arch streets.

Residents say it has been that way for weeks, and people who live nearby were worried that somebody would get hurt.

They said they weren't getting answers, so they called us for help.

FOX 29's Dave Kinchen went out Saturday to get answers and results.

On Monday, crews were out taking care of the problem.
