The Philadelphia District Attorney's office has charged 42-year old Padge Windslowe with Third Degree Murder, Conspiracy, Reckless Endangerment, Possessing an Instrument of Crime and Unauthorized Practice of Medicine for the 2011 death of Claudia Aderotimi.
Windslowe, knows as the "black madam" injected Aderotimi in her buttocks with construction-grade silicone. This procedure was done at a local hotel while Aderotimi was visiting the US from England.
Aderotimi became very ill following the injections. She eventually died a short time later. The medical examiner determined that she died "needlessly as a result of pulmonary embolism due to complications from the silicone injection to her buttocks, and that her manner of death was indeed a homicide."
Windslowe was arraigned on these new charges.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 8, 2012.

Rain moved in Saturday afternoon and the chance for it will stick around through the seven day forecast.
It becomes very unsettled across our area with clounds and showers again Sunday. The best chance for rain is in the morning and afternoon thunderstorms are possible towards our south.
Sunday is cool but we do warm up well into the 80s by Tuesday. With the warm weather comes a better chance for thunderstorms.
