Some 3,500 members of the International Association of Firefighters are marching on Philadelphia's City Hall on Thursday afternoon.
They're demanding that Mayor Michael Nutter sign a binding arbitration award for IAFF Local 22.
On Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden spent some time in Philadelphia addressing the union's national convention.
The vice president talked about budget issues across the country and how they impact firefighters. He also thanked them for the lifesaving work they do.
