2nd Suspect In Attack On Man In Wheelchair Surrenders

UPPER DARBY, Pa. -
The second suspect in a vicious attack and robbery on a man in wheelchair has surrendered to police.
Keenan Smith, 20, turned himself in with his lawyer on Tuesday night, police reported, and he was set to be arraigned Wednesday morning.
You may remember this surveillance video we should you earlier this week. Two men allegedly broke into the victim's Delaware County apartment, beat him and stole his television and prescription drugs.
Police had already arrested 23-year-old Dominic Henderson. Police say Smith was the one who could be seen in the video carrying the television away.
