A Philadelphia police officer is under arrest, charged with theft, criminal conspiracy and other crimes.
John Hoesle, 42, is a 15-year veteran of the force.
Sources tell FOX 29 News that Hoesle's arrest is part of a Montgomery County investigation into thefts against Comcast.
