Philadelphia Police are investigating a shooting where a man was shot multiple times in North Philadelphia.
The incident happened shortly after 3PM Sunday afternoon where an 18 year old man was shot in the right arm multiple times and transported to Temple University Hospital. The victim is in stable condition at this time.
Police have not arrested a suspect in the shooting and have not released information on a motive.
