Some people in North Philadelphia are fed up with their neighbors. But we are not talking about human neighbors.
A family of raccoons is living in an abandoned house on Palethorp Street in Feltonville.
We are told the home is in foreclosure, and the city says it is taking the bank to court for several violations on the property.
Problem is the city says they cannot do anything about the house or the raccoons until that process happens.
In the meantime, neighbors say these raccoons are here to stay, saying they go across the street to a wooded area for food and then come back to the home.
We called the company the bank hired to do maintenance on the home. They are based in Florida. We are waiting to hear back from them.
