Philadelphia Police are investigating a homicide tonight after two men were shot.
Police say the incident happened just before 6PM Tuesday evening on the 1200 block of West Rockland Street. A 20 year-old man was shot once in the left side and a 17 year-old was shot in the arm. Both men were taken to Einstein Hospital by paramedics.
The 20 year-old man was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after. The other victim is listed in stable condition. Police have not recovered a weapon and the shooter remains on the loose. There is no description at this time of the shooter or what led to the shooting.
