Man Arrested For Police Impersonation, Rape

The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office has announced the arrest of a suspected sexual predator accused of raping a teenager.

The suspect, Jean Casseus, is accused of raping a 15 year-old girl while impersonating a police officer. He faces charges of Rape, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Unlawful Restraint, Sexual Assault, Indecent Exposure, False Imprisonment, Impersonating a Public Servant, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and firearms charges. Casseus is an employee of the First Judicial District and worked at the Criminal Justice Center.

Casseus is free on $25,000 bail. He has a preliminary hearing October 3.
