Cigarettes Stolen From Beer Store

Police in Trevose are looking for a suspect who might be linked to a series of beer store robberies.

The latest incident happened on Saturday in Trevose where police say a man broke into a beer store and stole about $1,000 worth of cigarettes before fleeing. Police describe it as a smash and grab robbery. The suspect in the Trevose robbery looks similar to the suspect in two other robberies. One was in Bensalem, the other in Northeast Philadelphia.

The first incident happened on the 8900 block of Krewstown Road where the suspect through a brick through the front door and fleeing with an unknown amount of cigarettes before fleeing the scene.

The next incident happened on the 2400 block of Lincoln Highway in Bensalem. That robbery also involved a brick going through the door with the suspect fleeing with over $4,500 in cigarettes before fleeing the scene.

All three robberies have occurred overnight. If this suspect looks familiar or know anything about these incidents, you are asked to call police.
