Massive Manhunt Continues For Cop-Killers - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

Philadelphia Police released new video Tuesday of the two suspects in Officer Moses Walker's murder.

Police presence in the 22nd district has also been thick for the last three days.

Investigators are hoping a $118,000 reward will be enough incentive for someone to come forward.

Police officers spent Tuesday night patrolling in cars, on bikes and horses through the streets of North Philly.

"Until these folks are off the street and in jail for a long period of time. It's not going to stop . Today it's somebody else. Tomorrow it could be you" said Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey.

The roundup of suspected criminals has reached a feverish pace. FOX 29 cameras were there when four alleged drug dealers were plucked from the street, arrested and taken in for questioning.

It all happened as police released new video Tuesday showing the two suspects minutes before Officer Walker was gunned down.

Earlier, city workers helped clear an empty lot near the murder scene, looking for evidence.

Guardian Angels supported police stopping drivers in hopes finding a more leads.

"They're vicious, violent killers. There is predator and prey" said Ramsey.

Meanwhile, even as a record reward is announced, leads are pouring in. But in a "no snitch" culture of the streets, some wonder if the incentive will even work.

"You can't testify then two weeks later they find you dead. The money means nothing" said Keith Abrams of North Philadelphia.

As the investigation continues, police released details of Officer Walkers funeral. A public viewing will be held on Sunday at Deliverance Evangelistic Church on West Lehigh Avenue from 6-10 p.m. The funeral will be held Monday at the church at 10 a.m.
