A note to restaurant owners out there: Watch what you tweet.
A local joint is under fire after a nasty response to one of its critics.
A customer posted a middling Internet review about jerk chicken sandwich at the barbeque restaurant Blue Belly in South Philadelphia.
The restaurant responded by taking aim at the customer on its twitter page. They said she had a big nose and bad hair.
A blogger who caught wind of the exchange says the restaurant should be more mindful of their customers.
"If you are going to complain about your customers just because they give you a less-than-stellar review, then what does that say about your customer service?"
Blue Belly tweeted a public apology to the customer. No word if she will be back anytime soon for dinner.
