Lower Merion Township Police say they have arrested the second suspect believed to be involved in the July armed robbery of Hymie's Restaurant.

According to police, 34-year-old John Leroy Moore of Philadelphia was taken into custody Monday. He is scheduled to appear in court for a hearing on Aug. 28.

Police say four suspects entered the Merion restaurant on July 14 around 9 p.m. and ordered customers to lay on the ground. Customers were then told to turn over their cell phones and wallets.

Police say one of the suspects then demanded a manager to open a nearby cash register.

The four suspects fled the restaurant through the back door.

Police say they are continuing to investigate the robbery.
