Local Dental Student Wins $1 Million From ACME Game

Today was a million dollar day for local college student Joseph Facciolo.
Since May 18th, Joseph, a Temple University student, and thousands of other ACME patrons have been playing the ACME sizzling Summer Giveaway Collect & Win Game. They were all vying for that grand prize of $1 million dollars. Well, about three weeks ago Joseph realized he had the winning game piece!
This morning, at the Bala Cynwyd store, Joseph, surrounded by his family and store employees, collected the giant check for $1 million dollars.
The dental student was extremely appreciative and kind. He thanked his family and ACME for giving him a chance to pay down some of his "sometimes insurmountable" school loans.
Joseph's goal is to one day open up a dental practice in Delaware. We think he is well on his way.

Thursday weather looks damp and stormy. It will be mild and muggy to start with spotty showers early followed by afternoon and evening storms. Highs in the upper 70s with winds out of the SW 5-10 mph. Some of the storms will produce locally heavy rain and gusty winds.
This system is from the same cold front that caused the midwest tornadoes. It will also usher in cooler air for the holiday weekend.
