PHILADELPHIA -

The second suspect wanted for the shooting death of Philadelphia Police Officer Moses Walker Jr. is now in jail here.

SkyFOX flew overhead, as officers brought Chancier McFarland directly from the airport to police headquarters. We're told he was chained in Officer Walker's handcuffs.

Detectives flew down to Alabama, where 19-year-old McFarland is believed to have been staying with family.

On Tuesday, the DA's office has officially approved Murder charges against McFarland.

Family, friend, and fellow officers said their final farewells to the fallen officer at a funeral service Monday in North Philadelphia. The 19-year veteran of the force was remembered as a quiet man who loved his family and his church.

The funeral program said Walker's legacy "was to take care of all those he loved."

FOX 29's Dave Kinchen has more details in this video report.
