Investigators Trying To Determine Cause Of Deadly Crash In NJ

One person has died after a crash at Route 9 and Blackhorse Pike sent a car into a gas station parking lot, police said.

FOX 29 News has learned the crash happened just before 1 p.m. in Pleasantville.

Police confirmed that one person died after being ejected from the car.

SkyFox flew over the scene of the accident Tuesday afternoon. The vehicle had significant damage to its windshield and side.

Fox 29's Stephanie Esposito reports there were children inside of the minivan but they were not injured.

Investigators are working to determine what caused the minivan to swerve off the road. They are now treating the accident as if it were a criminal investigation
