Police say the woman behind the wheel during a deadly crash in Pleasantville, New Jersey will face criminal charges.
According to investigators, Allison Hawks Nasta was driving with a suspended license and had drugs on her when she crashed her mini-van on Black Horse Pike in Atlantic County Tuesday afternoon.
Nasta's husband died in the crash. Their two young daughters were in the van at the time of the crash but were not hurt.
