City Workers Rally At 'Made In America'

PHILADELPHIA -

City workers descended on the "Made in America" festival on Saturday, too.

They say they've been working for the City of Philadelphia for four years without a contract.

The union president says most of his workers make between $28,000 and $35,000 a year and haven't had a raise in four years.

They claim that has saved the city more than $60 million.

The union says they chose the concert venue to get their message out because there's a big crowd to hear it.
