Heavy rain could cause ponding along area roadways.
The storm was expected to continue to move north.
The afternoon storm left residents in Kent County, Delaware without power. The Associated Press reports some homes suffered roof damage as storms made their way through the area.
Fox 29 News also learned of reports of a possible funnel cloud sighting over northern Kent County, which was under a brief tornado warning.
Fox 29 Meteorologist Scott Williams says there were multiple reports of a funnel cloud over Camden.

Rain moved in Saturday afternoon and the chance for it will stick around through the seven day forecast.
It becomes very unsettled across our area with clounds and showers again Sunday. The best chance for rain is in the morning and afternoon thunderstorms are possible towards our south.
Sunday is cool but we do warm up well into the 80s by Tuesday. With the warm weather comes a better chance for thunderstorms.
