Philadelphia Invites The Public To Paint - Philadelphia News, Weather and Sports from WTXF FOX 29

Monday's rain didn't stop some artists from grabbing their paint brushes and getting to work in Center City.

The public was invited to paint a mural with the Mural Arts Program for the "how we fish" project, made possible by the Citizens Bank Foundation.

Organizers say the mural, which stands near 8th and Cherry streets, celebrates Philadelphia's past, present and future workforce.
