Appeals Thrown Out For Man Accused Of Killing Woman In Delco

The Delaware County District Attorney's Office announced that a judge has thrown out all of the appeals made on behalf of the man accused of killing a woman 16-years-ago in Delaware County.

According to the Delaware County District Attorney's Office, appeals made on behalf of Arthur Bomar were thrown out. The announcement came in a Tuesday afternoon news conference in Media.

A jury found Bomar guilty in the killing of Aimee Willard in 1996.

DNA evidence linked him to the killing.

A judge sentenced him to death.

Bomar will remain on death row while he awaits execution.
