Cop Indicted for Illegally Obtaining Prescription Drugs

A Philadelphia police officer has been charged with acquiring a controlled substance by fraud and other related charges.
According to a news release from the US District Attorney's office, Andre Lamont Daniels, 41, obtained oxycodone by using false prescription on 14 separate occasions between June 2009 and January 2010.
If convicted on all counts, Daniels could face over 50 year in jail.
