Fox 2 crews were on the scene when Kelly Evans received word that her 11-year-old son, Connor Grabowski-Cracchiolo has been found.
The FBI told her that he is South Dakota with his father Mark Grabowski.
Mark and his son Connor were reported missing on August 30 after Conner's mother Kelly went to pick the boy up at Grabowski's Milford home.
A warrant was issued for Grabowski who is accused of unlawful retention of a child.
Fox 2 has learned that Grabowski may have been planning to move to Costa Rica to start a new life.
There have been news reports claiming he played for the Detroit Lions in the 1980's. The Lions organization say he was never on the team. Grabowski is known to be the owner of the Anytime Fitness gym located on Highland Avenue in Milford.
