PHILADELPHIA -

There are new details about one of two Philadelphia city council employees accused of driving city vehicles while drunk.

Sergeant-at-Arms Rodney Williams' blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit, sources tell FOX 29 News.

He and Robin Jones were arrested in Spring Garden early Saturday morning.

Jones is City Council President Darrell Clarke's receptionist.

Police say they were driving in separate city vehicles without permission.

Jones was charged with DUI, too, after she allegedly ran down a street sign.

Clarke says both will be fired Monday.
