Police: Man Kicks Car Door, Stabs Driver In Philly

PHILADELPHIA -

Philadelphia Police want to know more about a man they say kicked a driver's door on the 700 block of Federal Street and then stabbed the driver in broad daylight.

Police say the incident took place on Aug. 13 at 10 a.m. when a man kicked a driver's door.

When the driver approached the man, police say he stabbed him then took off. Surveillance video shows the suspect running west on Federal Street.

Police describe the suspect as a Hispanic or Asian male between the ages of 30 and 40. The man is 5 feet 4 inches tall with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball hat and white sunglasses, tan khaki shorts and black high top sneakers.
