Police in Delaware say they have arrested a north Dover man in connection with the sexual solicitation of an 11-year-old girl.
According to Delaware State Police, a relative of the 11-year-old called troopers to tell them the girl's neighbor had been asking her to perform "unlawful sexual acts."
Investigators allege the young girl was approached at her home by 72-year-old David Krutenat on numerous occasions on Friday, Aug. 17. According to investigators, the girl received hugs and kisses that were unwanted and, at one point, Krutenat asked her to perform a sexual act, which she refused to do.
Delaware State Police arrested Krutenat on Friday after he turned himself in.
Troopers ask anyone who has experienced a similar incident regarding Krutenat to contact detectives at 302-741-2811.
