PHILADELPHIA -

A 24-year-old man is dead after he was shot at least five times at point-blank range Monday night.

It happened on Horrocks Street in the Frankford section of Philadelphia just before midnight.

Police say bullet casings were found just inches from the body, indicating the suspect stood over the victim and shot him.

They are looking for three suspects but only have a description of one suspect.

The victim was recently released from prison, but authorities do not have a clear motive yet in the case.
