Police Activity Shuts Down Boeing Plant, Normal Operations Resume

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA -
Hundreds of workers were forced to wait outside Tuesday morning as police investigated a threatening note found in a bathroom inside the Boeing plant in Delaware County.
SkyFOX was live Tuesday morning over the plant, which is located in Ridley Township.
Shortly after 9 a.m., a bomb squad unit arrived at the scene to investigate.
A plant spokesman confirms to Fox 29 that while the first-shift of the plant was suspended on the south side, normal operations continued at the rest of the facility. The plant spokesman says the plant expected regular operations on its south side for the second-shift later in the day.
Police say they searched the plant but found nothing suspicious.
