PHILADELPHIA -
The U.S. Coast Guard is scheduled to resume searching for a person that fell or jumped into the Delaware River.
Emergency responders received a report that someone was seen in the water near Delaware Ave. and Race Street around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The original search was called off after a few hours.
The Coast Guard plans to search again Wednesday using sonar and dragging equipment.
It's not clear how the person ended up in the water.
SkyFOX flew over the Delaware River Tuesday around 6 p.m., where a search boat could be seen combing the area.
