Suspicious Man Causes Lockdown At Local High School

A school on lockdown, with a swarm
of officers, guns drawn, ready to spring into action. This wasn't a drill.
Parkland High School in Allentown, South
Whitehall Township,
went on lockdown hours after classes ended.
The
situation has been resolved and the suspicious person never went inside the
school. It happened about 4:45pm when a call was made to the police.
It was reported that the suspicious man was
wearing a military flack jacket and he was saluting the American flag outside
the school. Then someone thought he ran into the school so they called police.
Police shortly after swarmed the school.
The lockdown
lasted for about 30 minutes and all the children were able to get out safely.
No weapon was ever found and there was no danger to any of the children.
