PHILADELPHIA -

A mother was ticketed after her 2-year-old son went potty in public.

She was in a clothing store in Philadelphia and asked if her son could use the bathroom. They said no.

So, they went outside, and the child went to the bathroom on the street.

That's when a police officer handed them a $50 ticket for public urination.
